Brand-focused homepage Large visual content Marketing-first approach

Designing a dashboard around users' daily tasks
This part of the project focused on rethinking the homepage and finding a better balance between brand expression and everyday usability. Through exploration and team discussions, we refined the experience into a direction that better suited the platform and its users.
The first dashboard concepts focused heavily on Porsche branding, using large imagery and visual storytelling. During a workshop with the Product Owner, Design Lead and the UX team, we stepped back and asked a simple question:
What do users actually come to the Partner Hub to do?
The answer shifted our direction. Instead of using the homepage as a branded landing page, we redesigned it as a personalised dashboard that helps users quickly access the tasks, tools and information most relevant to their role.
The new approach also introduced role-based content and a flexible card layout that could evolve with each user's activity and responsibilities, making the homepage more relevant to what each user needed to do.
