Partner Hub
Information Architecture / User Flows / UI Design / Dashboard / Registration / Training & Certification / Design System / Developer Handoff
A B2B digital platform bringing Porsche eBike Performance partners together in one place — simplifying everyday tasks, from service and technical support to training and certification.

Partner Hub was built around a simple idea: give Porsche eBike Performance partners one place to get their work done — instead of switching between tools, emails and documentation for service issues, technical documentation, training, certifications and account management.
The platform served different B2B partner roles — Dealers, Distributors and OEMs — each with different responsibilities. Designing an experience that could adapt to these different roles without becoming complicated was one of the biggest challenges throughout the project.
Not every Partner Hub user had the same responsibilities or level of access. This user map shows the different partner types, the roles within each group and how access to the platform was structured.
Although my official title was Senior Graphic Designer, Partner Hub gave me the opportunity to work much closer to Product Design. I worked as part of a cross-functional team alongside the Product Owner, Design Lead, another UX designer and developers, contributing throughout the design process.
My role covered both the structural and visual aspects of the product — from defining information architecture and user flows to shaping interfaces, refining interactions and preparing designs for development. I was involved in design discussions, reviews and iterations as the platform evolved.
My contribution focused on turning complex requirements into clear and usable experiences. I worked across the dashboard, registration, bike brand selection, training & certification, account management and UI design, while also contributing to the design system and developer handoff.
The project changed the way I approach design. I became more focused on understanding what users need to accomplish, how different parts of a product connect, and how design decisions can make complex systems easier to navigate. This shift towards problem-solving and product thinking is what I found most rewarding — and what I want to continue developing as a Product Designer.
Partner Hub brought together the tools Porsche eBike Performance partners needed in their everyday work — from service and technical documentation to training, certifications, Bike Assets and orders.
Instead of working across separate tools and sources of information, partners could access these different tasks through one central platform. The challenge was to make a growing number of functions feel connected and easy to navigate, while still adapting the experience to different partner roles.
